i received a room that was very cute with an comfortable bed. the staff were fabulous!!! the hotel is really close to the theatre district. i will return for sure!!!

i noticed the hotel security is not present. there was often nobody at the front desk. keys to rooms are accessible for anyone coming in off the street.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. So many dining options are nearby, and everything felt walkable. the tube station is very close, so traveling around became really easy. the staff seemed so kind and helpful, i was really impressed!

The room lighting had some issues, unfortunately, so it kept me awake during the night. i wish this could be easily fixed. It's a real downside to what was otherwise such a pleasant stay.

the in-room safe was quite small. it barely accommodated my laptop and a few personal items. i wish it was slightly larger to better fit valuables.
